Now, more than ever, we are all spending more time in our homes.
Many would say that the central hub or ‘heart’ of the home is the kitchen, with its role as a dining area, socialising place, work space and so much more than a single purpose area in which to prepare meals.
We, at Relish Kitchens, work with our clients by taking the time to understand their wants and needs, listening and carefully planning and designing the kitchen that is to become the heart of their home.
We have successfully planned, designed and installed kitchens for a variety of households over 13 years, ensuring excellent customer service and care, in delivering our clients beautiful and functional kitchens.
We would like to reassure our dear Clients, Suppliers, and Partners that we are doing everything we possibly can to keep everyone safe with minimal interruptions to our service.
5 Steps We Are Taking To Combat The Virus
The safety of our Clients, Suppliers, and Partners is of paramount importance to us, which is why we would like to reassure you that we have devised a plan to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum while still offering award winning service which we are known for.
1 SANITISED EQUIPMENT
We will carry out a deep clean of our showroom on a regular basis to ensure we can minimise the risk of having the virus spread during your visit. All of the kitchens on display, door samples, worktops and everything you may come in contact with will be properly sanitised.
2 WEARING FACEMASKS
Whether you visit the kitchen showroom or request a home design appointment - the designer will wear a face mask and/ or face shield. We want to make you feel comfortable and safe. We will also restrict all handshakes and keep you at least 6 feet apart from our designers at all times - whether in your property or in our showroom. We also provide this option during your kitchen fitting. As well as facemasks our kitchen fitters can be asked to wear gloves & stay confined to your kitchen area.
3 VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
An unprecedented situation requires unprecedented measures, which is why we are now happy to offer video consultations for all of our Clients, we can do this via FaceTime. Our staff will send out detailed instructions to guide you through the process if you have never done this before. Don't worry - you won't have to show your face, but you will see our designer and your design on your phone/tablet/PC or Mac.
4 PROTECTING OUR EMPLOYEES
We would like to reassure you that we are in close contact with our employees, and are constantly monitoring their welfare. We encourage all of our employees to report to us if they display any symptoms regardless how minor so we can quarantine them for a minimum of 14 days to protect our Clients.
5 SHOWROOMS TO YOURSELF
We now restrict the visit to our showroom to one family at a time which means:
